At Olympus Gainesville, your dog or cat gets a routine that works from move-in day: quick leash-up access, elevator convenience, and a dedicated pet spa for post-walk rinses.


Step out for fresh air along community walking and biking paths, or head toward the Midland Greenway for trails and a nearby dog park in Gainesville. Back home, door-to-door trash pickup, package service, and on-site maintenance help keep everyday pet care simple, so more of your time goes to walks, play, and settling in. Our Pet Policy

  • Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
  • Dogs and Cats welcome, up to 75 lbs each
  • One-Time Pet Fee: $400 for first pet, $200 for second
  • Monthly Pet Rent - $20 per Pet
  • Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.

*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
